Mission and vision

Independence and dignity, inside the family home.

Our mission. To provide adults with developmental disabilities and their families with the expert coordination, advocacy, and guidance needed to discover, connect with, and navigate community resources, sustaining a life of independence and dignity within the family home.

Our vision. Communities across North LA County where no family has to choose between staying together and getting the support they need, and where cultural or linguistic barriers never stand in the way of access.

Core values

What drives us.

Person-centered care

We build every plan around your personal goals, choices, and daily routines. The plan follows the person, never the other way round.

Cultural responsiveness

We honor every family’s native language, culture, and values, and we match coordinators accordingly.

Sustainable stability

We partner with aging caregivers to create lasting support networks that hold up long after our involvement ends.

Leadership structure

Who is behind your plan.

Our team brings together decades of expertise in executive healthcare operations, business administration, and real estate and community advisement. We operate under a clear, multi-tiered supervisory structure designed to deliver high-quality, reliable, and compliant services across every household we serve.

Executive Leadership & OperationsCompliance & quality assurance

Our executive team oversees regulatory compliance, agency management, and quality assurance standards.

Managing Director. Leads strategic growth, administrative integrity, and agency operations, ensuring that all services adhere to state guidelines, Regional Center mandates, and high standards of ethical care.

Program Director. Manages service delivery, staff coaching, and family intake protocols. Drawing on a background in health operations and person-centered planning, the Program Director ensures every support plan is tailored to foster real-world independence and stability.

Lead CoordinatorsAssessment & intake

The primary link between families, Regional Center Service Coordinators, and community agencies. Lead Coordinators conduct face-to-face assessments in the primary family home, build customized support plans, and guide families through community resource applications including IHSS, housing assistance, Social Security, and local transit.

Life Skills Coaches & DSPsEnglish · Spanish · Tagalog · Armenian

Direct Support Professionals deliver hands-on, one-on-one coaching in the home and out in the community, in the family’s primary language. Every team member completes a full background clearance and ongoing specialized training before working with a family.

Staff photos and biographies

Replace this block with headshots and two to three sentence biographies for the Managing Director and Program Director. Service Coordinators refer to people rather than org charts, so named leadership with stated credentials is the single highest-value addition to this page.
